Young people have no doubt - the world we leave them faces two major challenges - the climate crisis and technological transformation. These are completely new challenges that require modern solutions and competencies. That's why we decided to create an ecosystem of education and tools that give a sense of empowerment. We develop them together with teachers and for teachers. We support local governments.
METHOD
How do we do it? We combine climate, water and biodiversity education with new technologies so that young people can solve problems practically. By combining these two aspects, we teach young people not only to be proactive, but above all to adapt tools to dynamically changing conditions. The skills we impart are universal competencies in the labor market.
Using the methods of empathization, field education, Design Thinking, project implementation and execution, among others, we show how to think creatively and critically, work in teams, conduct social dialogue, bring about change (Code for Green® program).
At the same time, we unleash and help maintain the passion of teachers, develop their competence and skills to create educational reality on their own. They are the key partners for us. We work directly with kindergartens and schools in long-term projects, making schools the center of social climate activism and environmental activism, a catalyst for social change and local policies.
We are also building innovative, open and friendly Code for Green® labs. There, we integrate learning of natural and technological issues with soft skills. We implement all programs in an agile way (Agile).
Among our partners are Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan University of Technology, national parks, local governments, and businesses.
